Would anyone be so kind as to list the top 5 questions to ask an RE when “interviewing” for one to use as a wholeseller.
Also, is it standard to have to sign some kind of an agreement on properties if he/she runs comps - I saw in another thread that it shouldn’t be, but maybe a lot of agents want to set something like this up?
Want to be prepared to call - starting August 1st I’m giving myself 90 days to find & wholesell my first property to an investor (is this unrealistic?)
