You seem like a friendly group, so pardon my newbie-ness and asking a lot of questions, but I’m clueless. 
The property I mentioned in my other post, the lakefront property, is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath home. It’s a fixer. I’m wondering what your thoughts are on the idea of buying a 2-bedroom?
Is there somewhere I can check out online if the zoning or lot the home is on would allow for an addition of another bedroom? And what about the septic accommodating another bathroom?
I guess I’m looking for pearls of wisdom and you veterans to give me your two cents.
