Very true. There’s no test to pass or anything else like there is to become a Realtor. When someone decides to try Real Estate, it seems like they usually start calling themselves investors. This is real work just like anything else. The informercials are not real no matter how many testimonials they put up there. Speaking of jobs…my wife and I did about five hours of work for our business and now I have to go put in a full afternoon/evening at my regular job. I can’t wait til I only have one job! This is reality for many of us working this business. We’re making money and time sacrifices that most other people won’t make because after they watch 7 hours of TV at night there’s just “no time left.”
