i see so many different answers as to which books are good and which arent. i’m new to the whole REI thing. however, i’ve just purchased my first house and in the process of purchasing my second…though i’m leaning more towards land investing after these deals are done.
any input is appreciated.

See if your public library system has it…

P.S. Personally speaking…I would also do a broad search of your public library system’s online catalog by just punching in something like “real estate”. Get about 7 or 8 titles out at one time…peruse thru them and make your own judgements about what looks good. Ton of excellent info out there.
