do rehabbers that buy houses from wholesalers from time to time buy a single family home that have about 600-700 square feet if it was really cheap with lots of equity?? THANKS!!
Yes, rehabbers and landlords will buy anything if it is cheap enough. I own a small, one bedroom house that is about 600 s.f. It rents just fine!
