First please take off the caps lock. Second, it all depends on the rehabber and the market. There are so many variables that can come into play here and make the profit much more or much less.
A lot has to do with the ARV of the house. The higher the ARV, the higher the carrying costs and risk, the more a rehabber expects to make.
Why dont you check to see what it sold for? There is no magic formulas or typical numbers that I get when I rehab.
Like the other guy said, the more the risk, the more the expected profit.
