Anyone here own a multiunit residentual in DFW area? If so, how many units, and how much are you paying a month for insurance?
I am trying to calculate expenses for two different property types, one is a fourplex, and the other is an 8 unit (4 1bdr, 4 2bdr). Both are in north Dallas.
I would also love to hear from anyone owning multiunits in SE Dallas, or Oak Cliff.
