I live in florida and my wife and I just purchased 3 townhomes for the purpose of renting them out for several years and then selling them in hope of a nice appreciation. I am in the process of forming an LLC, my question is: What is the differance and benifits of an LLC s-corp and a LLC partnership ? Thanks for your advise !!!
