Question about REO properties

Has anyone ever wholesaled Reo properties? If so, is there a way to assign the contract over or do you have to purchase it?

Use the search function. This question has been asked numerous times. With that being said, the answer is that banks will require you to purchase the property. You can use an LLC or Corp. and then have the person you are selling/assigning to take over the LLC or Corp.
