Question about Pre Foreclosures

I am beginning to research and market to Pre Foreclosures, is it a bad idea to try and call them first if you are limited on time opposed to mailing info. Does any one have any past experience with this?

i am also researchig this topic and i feel like if you have the guts to call then what is the worst that can happen. you have to figure what to say to keep them on the phone is the main concern

If you are running a business (REI) or offering a service (to buy someone’s house) be careful not to call people on the Do-Not -Call list. The fines are pretty hefty.
