On the MLS listing it has a land assmnt and a property assmnt. That adds to 65k. The asking price is 165k. I am lost as to where the middle numbers went.
Can you be more clear?
You might be looking at the tax assessors numbers and @ what the property was valued at the time they purchased. The tax assessor brakes it down into dwelling and land.
obviously, the asking price reflects the current value of the property
