My question is where do get hold of the appropriate contract forms for when I do find a deal/deals to flip the contract to an investor? How do you fill out the contract?

Thanks very much. I’m referring to the form that folks on this site refer to when they say they assigned a contract to another investor for a fee. Can I download it off of the web?
