Q) What qualities differentiate an average Realtor from a great Realtor?

1)They don’t make comments about what the buyer can or can not afford.

2)They answer direct questions with direct answers.

3)They make an extra effort to understand their client’s needs even though there may be a language barrier.

4)They don’t make stupid faces.

5)They listen carefully.

There is also a difference between a retail Realtor and an investment grade Realtor. Even at that Realtors have no idea how real estate makes money. Don’t listen to them when they say a property is a “money maker” Do your own research. You may use them for your arms and legs but the decision points have to be yours.
