I am trying work as bird dog for some of the wholesalers in my market, while I learn this business better.
I have provided 2 wholesalers with leads that I passed on this year, but did not hear anything back about them. I know that the houses sold cause I saw the change in the tax records showing new owners. My question is how do I ensure that the wholesaler is actually able to perform and pay me for bring them some deals? How can I hold them accountable? :banghead
