Banks are really making it hard for LLC to purchase short sales.Also most banks now want to speak with licence Agent.Is anybody experiencing this? if so,how did you overcome it.
-Purchase with LLC ( one set-up just for this purchase ).
-use cash or transactional funder.
-Sell LLC to end buyer for profit. ( transfer ownership of LLC )
-Buyer now owns LLC which owns the property.
-put cash in bank.
=do it again.
