I am new to wholesaling. Where would I get a blank purchase aggreement that I can always have on hand in the event I find a deal. Is this something I need to get from a lawyer or somewhere else? any info would be greatly appreciated.

I use the purchase contract I got out of the book called Real Estate on Steroids by Jackie Lange, I believe its available on Amazon. It also has the Assignment of contract you will need. I’ve used both many times.
Includes much of the info you need to be a successful wholesaler.
