anybody know if such a site exists? maybe something similar to a zillow, and zabasearch in which you can get some free info w/out having to be a member?

Why dont you talk to a few Probate Attorneys? or check out a few legal newspapers?
i could do that…however this was recorded years ago. a nice database search would be quick and efficient.
Governments don’t like doing things quick and efficient. Your gonna have to do this the hard way.
