Just days ago I got my 1st deal under contract. I did kind of a reverse deal. I set up my buyers first, and than when one finally made up there mind . I contacted the sellers agent. She gave me a sweet deal. Once I contacted her and told her I was a wholesaler, she said she had a second property that she would toss in for $300.00 more on the 1st property. Property#1 $7,200.00 + property #2 $300.00 = $7,500.00. Now to the topic, property #2 I’ve searched city records and several other property sites for the square footage as well as other info and there is none listed.
