PropStream

I would like to believe that most of us are intelligent enough to see that. :anon

My wife and I just left a seminar from flipping Boston 20k-40k price for advanced training
centered around Propstream. They said it was updated every day it looked unbelievable.
Guess when something looks to good to be true it is. Glad we didnt mortgage our house to
get this. Thanks for the info

Did not read all the other posts but can say I have been doing this since 1970…AND…so far NOTHING beats going to the courthouse.

Hire an assistant to go each morning if you do not want to go.

There is no substitute for accuracy and timeness in this business.

Three days OLD is really OLD and Decrepit.

Good Luck,

Would anyone be willing to transfer their Propstream account to me? AKA remove your info and put it in my name? I have the software but I need an inactive account to activate my software.

I want to see what it’s all about and don’t mind paying $30 for a “trial month”. Thanks! :biggrin

Did a Class Action ever get started?
If so, what is the status?

I have had PropStream since 2008, and

  • I agree it’s hard to navigate
  • I created a format to download info about properties
because the software doesn’t seem to allow that

I don’t have any way to know if the info I see is old.
I do know some of the pictures were old when I first looked…but they got updated very soon thereafter (maybe because I looked at them?).

Hello,

Thank you for all the reviews on our software. I would like to start off by saying that our software is updated daily for foreclosures and pre-foreclosures across the United States. Anyone who is having issues with receiving updates, I encourage you to contact the customer support line, so we can troubleshoot why the software is not updating for you. Also, we do not sell the software directly to the customer, it is only sold through our approved vendors. If for any reason a vendor is not honoring a return policy, please let us know, so that we can attempt to rectify the issue.

We have made several changes to the software in the past 6 months, which include:

  1. Compatible on Apple/Mac computers.
  2. A Cash Buyer feature, where you can see properties that were paid for in cash.
  3. Export feature. You can now export the list of properties you are viewing converted into an Excel file.
  4. We have added an additional 268 counties to our software with full foreclosure data.

We are constantly updating and making improvements to the software. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to respond to this message.

Don’t ever underestimate the length our competition will go to, to make our company look bad…
