Do property managers give estimates on properties so there can be a comparison of numbers before a contract is signed?

Join you local Landlord Assoc. or REI club and ask around. The PM should also have references. It would be a good idea if the PM could go with you to look at a potential property to give you insight on the neighborhood, repairs etc… You don’t wan to buy a property that your PM doesn’t want to care for or charges you more than usual for an undesirable property. Chances are that if a PM doesn’t want the headache, neither should you…
