I am looking for a good property manager in San Antonio Texas.
I am an investor from Australia. I am finding good deals, and have wholesalers bringing good deals to the table in this area however I am finding property management to be the biggest challenge.
What is the best way to screen for a good manager. When investing from abroard, they hold a key part towards the success of your investment.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
