I know of a property that needs a lot of work (a tear down) when I went to look up the property it said some estate is in hold of the property. It’s been in this condition for almost 10 years and I’ve also found out that there are unpaid property taxes totaling more than 30k on it (it might foreclose soon) What is the best way to proceed?
Time to track down the heirs…check with the local probate court.
