I have some investors who would like to buy a package for a 1031 exchange. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good resource or website where we can post our request to buy a package of properties.
MLS is ok, but I was just wondering if there was another resource. I’ve been to a few sites, but am not sure if they’re reliable or if other exchangors really use them.
