I have someone who has offered to deed their property to me via a quit claim. What exactly would I need to aquire this property?
I do have cash buyers and this is a GREAT deal as there is well over 100K in equity. Any ideas on how I can get the investors to work with me so that I do not have to solely own the property?
If it has 100k in equity why would you not want to own the property to capture the 100k in profit? Why would you need another investor involved? If I were you I would have it deeded to me and either have a auction for home owners or just retail it to a home owner. As soon as another investor gets involved your going to take a big hit on that 100k. If there is an underlying loan you can always get another investor to make the payments until you sell the property and pay them 15% of their money. There’s really not enough info about the deal to even answer your question the right way.
