Do sellers come to you with properties that have little, no or negative equity in this market? If so, are these properties in decent shape?
I buy those properties.
I have people come to me with little or no equity in their property almost on a weekly basis. I have not had one with negative equity (upside down) as of yet. I would say that about 80% of the time the homes are in real nice shape.
