New to the forum and first post, but have been reading this and other property investment forums for a while.

I am starting a new blog about Property investment in Australia and as part of the big launch I am writing a post about the one thing people wish they knew about property investment before they bought their first house, or - if they haven’t yet bought a property, their biggest fear about taking the plunge and purchasing an investment property.
