Seems banks are not allowing Our Coastal POF as they say Hard $/Flash funding is not cash . Is there a way i can approach a potential buyer to help me fund the deal so i can make stronger offers to the bank? How would that work or what would i say?
There is private funding that is cheap and you get your proof of funds letter just for the asking. It is considered a cash deal with the banks.
Banks should allow the POF. Hard Money or Flash money is all cash. The lender would need to call Coastal for verification of funds.
