If I want to get into wholesaling REOs, I need to start making offers on them. Can I get my proof of funds from another investor and work them into the deal. How complicated is this? Thanks, i appreciate your help.

Almost any source will work as long it is a legitimate lender or the investors funds are verifiable. You can use a hard money lender as well.
