What are the biggest problems you are having today investing in Commercial Real Estate? Is it structuring deals, finding deals, financing deals, too complex, tenants finding or getting rid of? What are you trying to do to solve? If you are having the problem maybe someone else is and can help or may have solution for you. I am curious about commercial real estate.

Finding the right bank to finance for your property is very hard, even if you are going for a smaller building.

Financing.Ensuring that the net operating income is sufficient to cover mortgage payments, because of vacancy problems that might occur.

I think finding right kind of investment solution is the biggest issue.

I am having the problem of getting the down payment to buy with seller finacing the deals…I have found several sellers who will sell me their multifamily units withe owner carry but I dont have the down, I have over 700 credit score and have 2 single family homes as rentals but I need a private investor for the down and I dont know where or who to go to? Can anyone help me or have any ideas?

If you are having trouble financing your deals in today’s market, take a close look at the deals you’re working on. A great deal will be fought over by lenders because they’ll see a great opportunity to make money and won’t want to miss it.

If they aren’t willing to lend on the deal, maybe there’s something you’re missing?
