Has anyone ever tried working with probate leads?Are they a good source for wholesailing?How do I find probate leads in my city?
I find probates are great. In NJ you have to go to the court house and search for them. Luckily a seasoned investor here started farming them and selling the list so now we buy it from them. I would not buy a list that was not local.
I have a schedule at the end of the month like clock work to gather probate leads from the city and county courts. Probates aren’t low hanging fruit deals, but the profit potential is there.
