Quick question for the experts. My investment group would like to offer interested investors 10% interest on their funds to participate in our deals. We are 6 partners and we each know people who want to “get” in. We don’t want to add more members to our group, but we wouldn’t mind using their funds as part of our financing package on new purchases. My attorney has warned me to watch out for “blue sky laws” and registering ourselves to do private placements is quite expensive. Is there another way?
