Im going to start a campaign in finding private funds.Whats a good place to post my ad and is there any legal verbage needed,in my ad to stay within the laws.

One word you need to avoid at all times is “Guarantee” never use that word when finding private money.
Just a word of caution. If you are found to have violated the security laws, you are personally responsible for any losses incurred by your investors. Run your ads and prospectus through a qualified attorney or purchase a kit that has been vetted.
