I had some success wholesaling properties in the past and now looking to buy cheap and rent out some properties. I have a business plan to provide to my private money lenders/investors. Should I use private money or just use hard money? I willing to split the equity/profit with my investor. Has anyone had much success with a private investor(s) lending you money for real estate?
