I’ve found some individuals willing to give me money to purchase properties with. My questions are:

  1. What is the most appropriate way to manage their money?

  2. Should I form an LLC with them as agents of the company?

  3. Or do I secure the property with a mortgage their names?

  4. How do I go about writing a mortgage for a private lender?
