Is there anyone here that can talk about Private Managed MTN’s (Mid-Term Notes). My company is entertaining the possibility of participating in the Private Managed Buy-Sell MTN’s Program, but I would like to get some insight before moving forward, i.e. how does this type of program work, what are the risks, are the payout’s as large as I’ve been told. I’ve also been told that the minimum investment for this type of program is around $100,000,000.00.
