I would like to build a list of contacts with any lending institution or person/investor that would loan an individual more or less $50,000 secured by a business and/or real estate.
I’ve been asked by a lot of individuals who are in need of quick cash but will repay in full, in a short length of time, i.e. 1 month. These borrowers do not have prime credit but they do have the ableness.
I would like to start my list of investors who are willing to lend this kind of small money. Also, if anyone has input on this kind of borrowing/dealing… I’d like to know the ‘ins & outs’ of it.
