Can anyone recommend a good course on private lending? I was thinking of getting Lou Castillo’s “Real Estate Money Magic”, but was skeptical of how much information it really has because it’s only $100. Alex Gurevich’s “Borrowing Millions from Private Lenders” seems like it might be good, but it’s $400.
Let’s see…one can’t be any good because it’s $100 and one seems overpriced because it’s $400…so I guess you are looking for a great one for $238.14 (or so)…?

I didn’t say that $400 was too expensive. Here at REIClub there’s the two main courses on private lending for sale. Which are the two I mentioned. I was worried about the quality and quantity of the $100 course, because that seems very cheap. The cheapest course I’ve ever bought was Steve Cook’s “Wholesaling for Quick Cash” for $200. It was a solid course, but a little slim on the info. Alex’s is 4 times as expensive as Lou’s. I didn’t say that $400 is too expensive, but if I’m going to spend that much more for a course about the same subject as one that’s only $100 I want to make sure that it is of that much better quality.

But I have a tip for you for buying programs. Make sure that the program you buy should have an consultan or person that gives you advice or someone to motivate you to start your program. I have to honestly tell you that my program did not come with that. I wasn’t motivated at all. I bought my program since last year and didn’t start anything until now.
Did you ever end up buying the Course from Alex? If so, will you let me know it was?
