I’m thinking about getting private lending for a short sale deal and was wondering if anybody has any experience with this. I know how to do all the marketing and everything but what kind of documents do I need and how do I get them. Any input on this subject would be very helpful.

If you call the ones that lend in your area you can get the paperwork you need from them!
