I am starting a business in the Pa area Just to get my feet wet for the next year then plan to move to either Chicago or Charlotte. I have a credit score of 500 and have decided to be an investor full time. I need help getting over the hump. I currently have a three unit i did fha on and a warehouse i did terms (owner financing on) but i want to shift my business into high gear.
