preforeclosures in colorado

I have several preforeclosures in colorado. Have a few newbie birddogs ready to hit the streets. What I dont have is investors. Seems simple, but have had no luck. Short of running an ad in the paper, I am not sure of next step. Friends and referrals are building, but would like to increase volume. Suggestions??

i now this may make the goal longer to achieve but it may help in the log run, join a local rei club.

www.carei.com meets a couple of times a month in Aurora, once in Colorado Springs. It’s a good organization, with lots of lending resources (conventional, hard money, and brokers)
