Preforeclosure List Provider??

Hi All,

I’m trying to find an inexpensive solution for a preforeclosure list in my area. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

  • I’m fine with LP filings that are a couple weeks old. I’m not concerned about reaching the prospect first, so I don’t want to pay a premium for that which is what will hapen with some of the better providers i.e. first american, foreclosuresdaily etc.

  • Trying to find provider where I can download owner name, subj property address, mailing address if different. That’s all.

I use www.foreclosures.com as someone who use to have a foreclosure data service… there data is good… frustrating to download however good data

I was recently told by a guru that a list with deed transfers recorded within the last 24 months work best for subject to. Thoughts?

i like propertyshark.com (lis pendent), been using them for two years strait.

Home foreclosure sale is the good deal by purchasing home at lower price than the actual price.

Hope the list provided will also be fruitful to this.

Used them many times - They are cheap, accurate and has a turnaround time of 24 hours or less.

highly reccommend.
