I just read the article by Bill Bronchick about Texas having new legislation apparently passed by the realtors to prohibit investors from being able to help preforeclosure folks except by an authorized realtor.
I was wondering how many states have adopted this lesglature and if any of the eastern states have been affected. For NY state where would I check up to see if the bad legislation has been adopted?
Given the rising rate of foreclosures, it doesnât make much sense that realtors would lobby for this type of block for independent investors.
Just because the green queen is board hustling, spamming members, advertising for her mentors, using foul language, smart mouthing moderators for doing their job, then whinnig and crying about when she is told not to, that she really only deserves the âSnivel Zone?â
Bring on the âKool Aid Zoneâ, Robb start mixing.
All serious investors need to stay vigilant in their respective states and write their state reps and senators. The juggernaut that is the NAR continually uses monopolistic practices, price-fixing commissions, muscling out the little guys, etc. They are organized and have millions and millions of lobbying dollars. Unfortunately, investors like us are neither big nor organized, so it is up to REIA clubs, individual investors, and the like to speak up to their elected officials.
I think maybe you should get off the high horse. The rules are simple here. If you have a hard time understanding them please let us know. This is a free board and you can post anything related to R.E.I. just do not offer your services, Don't spam the members and watch the language. People here like to come on and learn new things. All you want to do is pedal your Coach to get some of the money back you paid into the program. Please watch the smart comments and everything will be just fine.

Now to my fellow Modâs,
You would think an $80,000.00 education would teach one not to build a bad relationship with fellow investors that might come in handy in the long run. You would also think that taking on three mod's after getting caught spamming members would not be a good move. Then again if I was to spam members I highly doubt I would send out the SPAM to the Mod's just me I guess.. Then again I bet between the three of us we have only done 3,000 or so deals. And her one paid $31,000.00 OOHHHH boy I will bow down!!
I havenât heard of this and Iâm both a REALTORÂŽ and investor. Youâre saying the Texas Association of REALTORS is trying to have only agents help with short sales? I searched Google and our board websites and canât find anything on it.
