Pre foreclosure/Short Sale Course

I’d like to know the forum’s opinion as to where I can get a basic to intermediate course on this subject. Tell me have you used it? got results? I need a course that’s practical, step by step, provides the forms (ro where to get them) and teaches how to market. Prefer if it’s been used seccessfully in California.

If you need info, try your local book store. There are a number of titles out there, but the only one that had solid info for me was written by:Thomas Lucier. He has a webiste with his name as the url.
