Can anyone recommend a website for PRE Foreclosure listings?
I’m looking at signing up with realtytrac.com because I’ll get 60% off for being a member at realtyjoin.com
What have you used for finding preforeclosures other than mailing/bandit signs/newspapers?
I signed up for RealtyTrac and quickly found out that was a mistake. I found about 8 properties. Every single one of them was sold and sold a long time ago. One house I was really interested in had not only been sold, but sold again for profit.
Their listings are so out of date, and a big waste of your time.

Like the old saying goes, “good advice (information) is almost always worth what you pay for it.” Nothing… Or in this case out of date.
No offense but if you had done a search for “RealtyTrac” on htis site, you would have gotten that information quickly and for free.
It has often been discussed that RealtyTrac is borderline useless and any data that you get from it is extremely ‘stale’.

Sorry I wasn’t talking about this forum. Here is some of the best info I have come accross.
by far, http://www.short-sale-data.com I’ve used them for a while now. Their leads are updated weekly and come straight from the credit agencies, lenders and equifax.
