Ok, I’ve got my pre-foreclosure list and I’m ready to direct mail/make phone calls. My questions are:

The list isn’t provided until about 22 days prior to auction. How do you market to these people AND close within this time frame?

I want to cold call some of the people on my list, however everyone I’ve looked up so far hasn’t had any phone number listed. Any advice on better ways to find phone numbers (preferably free/cheap)?

You use the phone book. You can even use the phone book on-line.
Just one thing to check, though. You want to be sure that isn’t considered a solititation call and if it is, that the home-owner is not on the no-call list.
I have been using public data, and most people I look up don’t have any number listed.
How can I check the “no-call” list?
try googling it…otherwise, you may have to pay someone to scrub your list against the DNC list.
I’m also ready to start calling people from my pre-foreclosure list. Does anyone know what you should say? I don’t want to sound like a telemarketer.
