Hi all! At work we just realized that we are collecting a large amount of pre-foreclosure and default data on properties that don’t show up on RealtyTrack, Auction.com or zillow essentially by accident. We think that this information is probably helpful to the people on this forum but honestly aren’t entirely sure about the next steps that we should take.
