Pre-Foreclosure and Tax lien newsletter?

Hey guys,
I have an idea of starting a pre-foreclosure and tax lien newsletter. I would charge a per month fee to REI’s for a weekly email newsletter with all of the lis pendens and tax liens that were filed that week. I would include all the information I could find including full contact info, tax values, square footage of the house, etc.

Would you sign up for this?
How much would you pay per month?

Any other helpful advice or criticism would be appreciated

There is a paper called the Commercial Record that does that for parts of New England. It sells at the stand for $6, subcriptions are over 250 annually. I’ve spoken to alot of people about it, lawyers, investors, and realtors, and no one uses it. They all seem to have adopted their own way of finding the info when they need it.

I was thinking an email newsletter not a paper one. Possibly delivered either daily or weekly. Just trying to think outside of the box for different ways to start off instead of traditional bird dog services.
