Power of Attorney

Does anyone know where I can get a power of attorney form for real estate transactions?

I found five in less than 10 seconds on Google. type in “specific power of attorney”. These must be notarized. You have to write in the exact address. This gives the person named the absolute right to do anything that the principal could do in regards to that property. If you want broader powers you would get a general power of attorney. Then you could do anything about any thing for the principal.

I did find it. Thanks for posting

some lenders and/or title companies will require you to use their specific form
