Potential Properties but no Investors!!

I am new to investing and wholesaling but I have been lining up my properties as I went through the learning process. I cannot affort the money the purchase the kits that many gurus sell. So I began with the Library, internet and seminars (though most of them sell something at the end) to get my education. I now believe that I know enough to do my first wholesale and I got the properties to assign. The only thing that I am lacking are the investors that would jump on these properties, since the margins are more than appealing with this current market. Which is the best way to get investors to see the properties I am working with?

Go to www.postlets.com - it’s Free and you can make a terrific ad including pictures. Once you post the ad on postlets it will also post it for you on several other free sites. You can then go into your postlets account and copy the html codes to place the same ad on www.craigslist. A couple of other free sites are www.kijiji.com and www.backpage.com make sure that in your titles you include something to attract an investor i.e. equity, investment property, cash flow etc. Hope this helps!
