Hello,
I have some friends in Texas who lost their home to foreclosure a few months ago. They moved out before they were served any papers for eviction. So far the bank hasn’t been able to sell it at auction do to the lack of equity left and they have done nothing to the house (the neighbors have complained that the lawn is too long now). Also, I have heard that the house was left in a bad condition and lots of junk was left behind.
So what I need to know is if my friends are going to be in trouble?
If so, what can happen to them?
Is there anything they need or should do?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
